Account Opening
Once you reach the decision to invest in Mutual Funds, the next step is to open a fund account and pay for your first investment. To do this, you can select from a list of agents the institution with whom you have an existing relationship. In case yours are not on the list, or you find it inconvenient to go through any of the agents, you may contact us directly.
At the agent, you can complete the fund account opening form , signature card, and self evaluation of acceptable risk profile and forward copy of the following required supporting documents to us. (All documents are to be certified true copy).

Retail investors

  • Pictured identification card issued by a government agency (i.e. Thai ID card, passport)
  • Bank Account Book (must be a bank & branch located in Thailand)
  • Work Permit or Visa with validity not less than 3 Months (for foreign investor only)

Corporate investors

  • Certificate of Incorporation (within 30 days of the issuance)
  • List of shareholders
  • Power of Attorney (if any)
  • ID Card or Passport of the authorized person and shareholders that own shares more than 30%
  • House registration and Identification of authorized person
  • Memorandum of Association
  • Bank Account Book (must be a bank & branch located in Thailand)
  • Tax ID
  • Board of Director Resolution report to open account with Krungsri Asset Management Co., Ltd.
  • Document to show authorized signer(s) and signature requirement(s)
  • VAT Registration (Por.Por.20)

Notes & Recommendations

  • The account name should match that of your cash account. This is to prevent redemption proceeds and dividends from being rejected by your bank.
  • You cannot change the fund account name in the future. The only exception is when you officially change your name.
  • Retail investors should instruct us to withhold tax in the case of dividend payment. If there is no such instruction, we will deem that you wish to have the withholding tax deducted at source. For those who do not wish to have the withholding tax deducted, they are responsible for including the dividend income in their annual personal income tax filing with the Thai Revenue Department.
  • To execute transactions and check your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week , you should apply for our online service.
  • If you open a fund account at Krungsri branches, you should also apply for an ATM card. It will allow you to be able to transact Mutual Funds transactions at the bank's ATMs later.

  • Minimum subscription order varies. Please check the prospectus summary for the exact amount before investing.
  • If you pay by cheque, please make it payable to the name of the fund i.e. "Krungsri Cash Management Fund" or “Krungsri Asset Subscription Account”
  • Be sure to pay the cheque by the clearing cut-off time (i.e. around 1:30 p.m. in Bangkok's central areas).
  • If you would like to transfer your fund to our subscription accounts, please call our Investment Consultant for details.

  • In case your redemption order results in your unit balance being less than the minimum units, Krungsri Asset Management reserves the right to redeem all the remaining units. Each fund are different for the minimum units, please see the prospectus summary for the exact amount.
  • There are different schedule on redemption proceeds for each fund. Please check the prospectus summary for details.


  • Minimum switching order varies. Please check the prospectus summary for the exact amount before switching.
  • In case your switching order results in your unit balance is less than the minimum requirement, Krungsri Asset Management reserves the right to switch all the remaining units. Each minimum unit balance requirement varies, please check the prospectus summary for the exact amount.
  • A switching is a redemption of one fund to subscribe to another fund in the same fund family. This can be done on the same day, and does not require investors to receive the cash payment and pay out again.
Enroll the online service
You may enroll in our online service to subscribe, redeem, and switch your investment through our online services or automate telephone service (02-657-5757) by submitting the application form for our online services together with the Consent Letter for Automatic Direct Debit/Credit Card Payment.

Direct Debit Registration (DDR) – through the internet and ATM
For customers who have an account at Krungsri Branch, Krung Thai Bank, Siam Commercial Bank, KASIKORN BANK, and TMB Bank, the direct debit payment consent can also be done online or through any ATM that your account belongs to.

Please submit your application form for the online service once you have completed your DDR request. You will be able to execute your order online once you've received our password.
If you are already enrolled in our online service, your direct debit account will be updated upon the bank/credit card notification.
Switching your RMF/LTF from other asset management companies to KSAM
Step 1
New Customers: Contact KSAM or one of our selling agents to open an account.
Existing Customers: Skip Step 1 and go to Step 2.
Step 2
Complete a "Subscription Form (using Proceeds from other RMF/LTF)" of KSAM.
Step 3
Contact the asset management company from which your fund will be switched out (source) and submit the following documents.
1) A copy of "Subscription Form (using Proceeds from other RMF/LTF)"
(Follow Step 2 and submit a copy as evidence for the source company.)
2) A completed "RMF/LTF Switching Out Order Form" of the source asset management company.
Step 4
Fax all documents of KSAM and the source asset management company to Marketing Department at KSAM, Fax No. 02-657-5775-7. Please call us at 02-657-5757 press 2 to confirm your submission.
Please post the completed KSAM form in Step 2 to:

Step 5
Allocation of your units will be completed in 5 business days after the source asset management company has finalized your order.
