Amendment to the Mutual Fund Project of 4 Funds under Management

22 October 2026
Krungsri Asset Management Company Limited (the “Management Company”) would like to inform you of amendments to the mutual fund project of 4 funds under management, namely, Krungsri 70/30 Thailand ESG Extra Fund (KF70-THAIESGX), Krungsri Active Equity Thailand ESG Extra Fund (KFAEQ-THAIESGX), Krungsri SET50 Thailand ESG Extra Fund (KFS50-THAIESGX) and Krungsri Enhanced SET Thailand ESG Fund (KFTHAIESG), which have been approved by the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission.  The Amendments are related to the internationally recognized sustainability assessment provider, which are summarized as follows:

1. As the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) will discontinue its sustainability assessment for listed companies (SET ESG Ratings), the Management Company therefore changes the securities invested by the four aforementioned funds from securities recognized as outstanding in terms of ESG performance by the SET to securities recognized as outstanding in terms of ESG performance by FTSE International Limited (FTSE Russell), which is the developer of the FTSE Russell ESG Scores that are used to evaluate the sustainability performance of listed companies.

2. Change the sustainability-aligned benchmark to ensure that the performance comparison of the funds aligns with the change of securities under item 1 as follows:
    2.1 KF70-THAIESGX: From SET TRI : 70% to FTSE4Good Thailand Total Return Index : 70%.
    2.2 KFAEQ-THAIESGX: From SET TRI : 100% to FTSE4Good Thailand Total Return Index : 100%.
2.3 KFTHAIESG: From SET ESG TRI : 100% to FTSE4Good Thailand Total Return Index : 100%.
Remark : The calculation of new benchmark will be continued from the current benchmark.

The amendments to the mutual fund project mentioned above do not affect the sustainability-related investment objectives and policies in any way and shall take effect from 1 January 2027 onwards.  If the unitholders do not wish to continue investing, they can undertake the transaction of investment unit redemption or switching without being charged by the Management Company a redeem fee, switching fee or penalty fee for redeeming/switching-out investment units before the specified period (in case of holding the investment units shorter than 3 years) (if any), from 1 November to 31 December 2026.  Nevertheless, redeeming investment units before meeting the conditions prescribed by law will require the repayment of any tax benefits previously received and may be subject to surcharges and/or penalties in accordance with the Revenue Code.  Investors should carefully review information regarding tax benefits before proceeding with any transactions.
