Amendment to the Mutual Fund Project of Krungsri US Equity Index Hedged FX Fund
19 October 2026
Krungsri Asset Management Company Limited (the “Management Company”) would like to inform you of the amendments to the fund project of Krungsri US Equity Index Hedged FX Fund (KFUSINDX) regarding classes of investment units to provide options to investors. Such amendments have been approved by the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission, the material details of which are as follows:
1. Classification of Investment Units:
Adding the “Dividend Share Class” as an alternative for investors.
2. Revise the details of Share Class I to reflect the characteristics of investors in the units designated as “Specific Investors” as prescribed in the Fund’s project. Such designation is not related to the definition of “Institutional Investors” under the SEC Notification No. Kor Jor. 39/2564.
3. Make amendments to other issues related to classification of investment units, namely, dividend payment, redemption of investment units, fees and expenses and liquidity risk management tools of the fund. All the afore-mentioned amendments will have no impact on the investment policy and/or the investment portfolio of the Fund and will not affect the rights of unitholders of the existing classes of unit at all.
The above amendments will be in effect on 30 October 2026 onwards and the Management Company will commence selling Dividend Share Class (KFUSINDX-D) on 30 October 2026 onwards.
The existing unitholders of KFUSINDX before the amendment of the mutual fund project will remain in the original investment share class. Besides, the unitholders who already have a passbook of the existing fund and/or class of unit can use the original passbook for making trading transactions of the investment units as usual. In the Case that the Dividend Share Class of investment units have been open for subscription by the Management Company, the Unitholders can request a new passbook for trading of the Dividend Share Class of investment units from any branch of Bank of Ayudhya nationwide or the relevant selling agents.
