Amendment to the Mutual Fund Project of 7 Funds under Management

Krungsri Asset Management Company Limited (“the Management Company”) would like to inform you of amendments to the mutual fund project of 7 funds under management which have been approved by the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Amendments are related to information disclosure requirements for sustainable and responsible investing (SRI) funds, expansion of eligible investment assets for Thai ESG funds and Thai ESGX funds, and revision of regulations regarding the characteristics of sustainable-themed digital tokens eligible for Thai ESG funds and Thai ESGX funds, which are summarized as follows:

2. Information disclosure for SRI funds in accordance with the Notification of the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission No. Sor. Nor. 42 /2568 Re: Rules, Conditions and Additional Procedures for Other SRI Funds, Thailand ESG Funds and Thailand ESG Extra Funds, dated 3 December 2025.

2.1 Funds Nos. 1 – 5: The funds are categorized under the type of “SRI Focus” based on their sustainability objectives and primarily invest in securities and/or assets with outstanding environmental (E) or social (S), or ESG characteristics.
Funds Nos. 6 – 7: The funds are categorized under the type of “SRI Promote” based on their sustainability objectives and primarily invest in a master fund with an objective to invest in securities or assets that promote environmental and/or social and governmental characteristics.

2.2 Funds Nos. 1-5: The funds do have a specific sustainability objective and seek to invest securities as outstanding in terms of sustainability. It aims to invest in the aforementioned securities across all industry sectors to construct a portfolio comprising outstanding companies in overall sustainability and/or focus on investing in sustainability-related instruments to supporting sustainability investment in Thailand to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs).
Funds No. 6–7: The sustainability objective of the Funds is to focus on investing in a master fund that promote environmental and/or social characteristics while adhering to good governance practices. Sustainability indicators are established to assess the attainment of the environmental and social characteristics.

2.3 All funds make disclosure of the information regarding the investment universe, investment strategy, securities selection criteria, security analysis and selection process, sustainability-aligned benchmark indices, investment restrictions (if any), risks associated with the investments of SRI funds, and the implementation approach and impact control measures to be conducted should investments deviate from the established sustainability investment policy.  (Please refer to the effective amended prospectus of each fund for additional details.)

3. Funds Nos. 1-2 and Nos. 4-5 expand the scope of eligible investment assets for Thai ESG funds and Thai ESGX funds to include shares of companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) achieving a Corporate Governance Report (CGR) score of at least 90 that participate in the Listed Company Value Creation Support (JUMP+) Program of the SET in accordance with the Notification of the Capital Market Supervisory Board No. Tor. Nor. 1/2026 Re: Investment of Funds (No. 35) dated 9 February 2026.

4. Funds Nos. 1 – 2 and Nos. 4 – 5 revise the characteristics of sustainability-themed digital tokens eligible for Thai ESG funds and Thai ESGX funds to be confined to the investment tokens issued under the law governing digital asset businesses that are green tokens, sustainability tokens or sustainability-linked tokens, which are required to disclose the information regarding the digital token offering as stipulated in the Notification of the Capital Market Supervisory Board No. Tor. Nor. 23/2025 Re: Investment of Funds (No. 32) dated 8 July 2025.
    
The amendments to the mutual fund project mentioned above shall take effect from 7 September 2026 onwards.
