Amendment to the Mutual Fund Project of Krungsri Global Future Generations Equity Fund

Krungsri Asset Management Company Limited (“the Management Company”) would like to inform you of amendments to the Krungsri Global Future Generations Equity Fund (KFFUTUREGEN) (“the Fund”) which have been approved by the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission. These amendments relate to changes in the fund supervisor (Trustee/Custodian), which are summarized as follows:

The amendments to the mutual fund project mentioned above shall take effect from 15 September 2026 onwards.
