An increase in the registered capital of Krungsri Latin America Equity Fund (KF-LATAM)

Krungsri Asset Management Company Limited (“the Company”) would like to notify that the Company has obtained approval from the SEC Office to increase the registered capital of Krungsri Latin America Equity Fund (KF-LATAM) from Baht 1,000 million to Baht 4,000 million, effective from 12 March 2026 onwards.
