Waiver of Front-End Fee For Krungsri Global Dividend USD Fund

Krungsri Asset Management Company Limited (the “Management Company”) would like to inform all investors that the Management Company will waive the front-end fee of the Krungsri Global Dividend USD Fund (KF-GDIV-USD) made through United Overseas Bank (Thai) Public Company Limited, which is an appointed selling agent of the Management Company. The details are as follows:

* Fee rate is inclusive of Value Added Tax or Specific Business Tax or other taxes. 

Remark: The waiver of the front-end fee does not include any other fees or charges that may be additionally imposed by the Selling Agent. This waiver shall take effect from 12 January 2026 onwards. Should there be any changes, a further announcement will be made.
