Waiver of switching-in fee For Mutual Fund under Management

Krungsri Asset Management Company Limited (the “Management Company”) would like to inform all investors that the Management Company will waive the switching-in fee for investors who switch out of Krungsri China A Shares Equity Fund-A (KF-ACHINA-A) to the following funds:
The above change in fees shall take effect for investors who place a switch-out request from KF-ACHINA-A from 17 November 2025 and complete the switch-in transaction into the above funds by 30 December 2025 only. After that period, the Management Company will charge the same fee rate. Should there be any changes, a further announcement will be made.
