An increase in the registered capital of Krungsri Gold Hedged Fund (KF-HGOLD)

Krungsri Asset Management Company Limited (“the Company”) would like to notify that the Company has obtained approval from the SEC Office to increase the registered capital of Krungsri Gold Hedged Fund (KF-HGOLD) from Baht 1,000 million to Baht 2,000 million, effective from 22 October 2025 onwards.
