Waiver of switching-in fee For Mutual Fund under Management

Krungsri Asset Management Company Limited (the “Management Company”) would like to inform all investors that the Management Company will waive the switching-in fee for investors who switch out of Krungsri US Equity Fund-A (KFUS-A) to the following funds:

Krungsri US Small-Mid Cap Equity Hedged FX Fund (KF-HSMUS)
Krungsri NDQ Index Fund-A (KFNDQ-A)
Krungsri US Select Equity Plus Fund-A (KF-US-PLUS-A)
Krungsri US Equity Index Hedged FX Fund-A (KFUSINDX-A)
Krungsri US Equity Index FX Fund-A (KFUSINDFX-A)

The above change in fees shall take effect for investors who place a switch-out request from KFUS-A from 1 October 2025 and complete the switch-in transaction into the above funds by 30 December 2025 only. After that period, the Management Company will charge the same fee rate. Should there be any changes, a further announcement will be made.
