Amendment to the Mutual Fund Project of Krungsri Global Healthcare Equity Hedged FX Fund

Krungsri Asset Management Company Limited (“the Management Company”) would like to notify unitholders of the amendments to the mutual fund project of Krungsri Global Healthcare Equity Hedged FX Fund (KFHHCARE) which have been approved by the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission. The amendments are in relation to change of the Trustee and the Custody of the Fund, which are summarized as follows:

Change of Name, Address and Telephone Number of the Trustee and the Custody of the Fund:
