The progress of fund liquidation

Krungsri Asset Management Company Limited as the fund manager/fund liquidator would like to report the progress of fund liquidation during August 2022, details as the followings,
JC Leasehold Property Fund

1.1 Fund name: JC Leasehold Property Fund
1.2 Fund termination date: April 11, 2018
1.3 Amount that average paid to unitholders: 615,242,705.59 baht
2. Additional information of a pending of defaulted instrument: None
3. Additional information of deposit process with the Deposit of Property Office 
Total amount of unpresented cheques that will be in process of deposit: 65,295.24 baht
However, we are in the process of fund liquidation with the Deposit of Property Office.

Krungsri Primavest Income Fund
1. General Information
1.1 Fund name: Krungsri Primavest Income Fund
1.2 Fund termination date: July 31, 2007
1.3 Amount that average paid to unitholders: 825,039,064.02 baht
2. Additional information of a pending of defaulted instrument: Defaulted instrument as of fund termination date is PICNIC Corporation Public Company Limited
3. Additional information of deposit process with the Deposit of Property Office 
Total amount of unpresented cheques that will be in process of deposit: 127,209.89 baht
On August 1, 2022, we got the legal opinion in regards with whether the fund still has the rights of claims as a creditor. In summary the fund already received the debt payment as business rehabilitation plan.
