Closure to Subscription Orders and Switching-in Orders for Krungsri Thai Small-Mid Cap Dividend LTF (KFLTFTSM-D)

Krungsri Asset Management Company Limited (the “Management Company”) would like to inform all investors that the Management Company is closing to subscription orders and switching-in orders for Krungsri Thai Small-Mid Cap Dividend LTF (KFLTFTSM-D) with effect from 19 November 2018. Such closure is in the best interests of unitholders.

However, existing unitholders may redeem and/or switching out of KFLTFTSM-D as usual.

Should there be any changes and/or the Management Company deem appropriate to re-open for subscription and switching in, a further announcement will be made.
