Krungsri Asset Management Company Limited (“the Management Company”) would like to notify the unitholders that the Management Company has been informed by relevant master funds in foreign countries about the necessity to comply with the related regulations by not allowing account opening and/or conducting investment transactions of mutual fund units for investors under the following categories:

1. Persons holing Russian or Belarusian nationality;
2. Persons having a residence in Russia or Belarus;
3. Any legal entities, organizations or work units incorporated in Russia or Belarus;
4. Any unitholders having the ultimate beneficiaries falling in the categories of 1 – 3 above.

Except persons holding the nationality of an EU member country who reside in Russia or Belarus or persons holding Russian or Belarusian nationality who temporarily or permanently reside in an EU member country.

The list of funds subject to the restriction that the Management Company will not accept account opening and/or not allow subscription and switching-in of mutual fund units for the aforementioned persons are as follows:

2. Krungsri China A Shares Equity Fund-I (KFACHINA-I)
3. Krungsri China A Shares Equity RMF (KFACHINRMF)
4. Krungsri China A Shares Equity SSF (KFACHINSSF)
5. Krungsri Global Equity Long Short Fund (KF-GLS)
6. Krungsri Latin America Equity Fund (KF-LATAM)
7. Krungsri Japan Small Cap Equity Fund-A (KFJPSCAP-A)
8. Krungsri Japan Small Cap Equity Fund-I (KFJPSCAP-I)
9. Krungsri Japan Small Cap Equity Dividend Fund (KF-JPSCAPD)
10. Krungsri Equity Sustainable Global Growth Fund-A (KFESG-A)
11. Krungsri Equity Sustainable Global Growth Fund-I (KFESG-I)

This announcement shall take effect from 12 April 2022 onwards.   Should there be any changes, the Management Company will make a further announcement in due course.

However, investors falling in the above categories can still conduct the redemption and/or switching-out of mutual fund units as usual.
