Investment Risk Management Assistant Manager/Manager

Job Description

Provide fixed income, equity, and mixed funds quantitative risk reports e.g. market risk, liquidity risk etc., which will be used for analyzing and managing portfolio risks to be at appropriate level.
Provide performance reports and performance attribution reports, which will be used for portfolio analysis, assessing fund managers’ performance, presenting to clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher majored in Finance, Investment, Economic, Mathematics, statistics or related filed
Strong quantitative analysis skill
Eager to learn new things
Good command of English
Excellent in computer skill e.g. Microsoft Office, Bloomberg etc. Excel VBA skill is a plus

Private Wealth and Client Service Staff

Duties & Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
Provide detailed fund information, market views, and asset allocation concepts to clients
Able to perform basic analysis of client portfolios and give proper recommendations to clients

IT Compliance (Contract)

Responsibilities:

Provide consultant for laws, new regulations relevance to IT. In according with assess the impact of regulations to the business.
Conduct regular assessments to determine whether Policy, procedure, guideline, or other documents related to the business are compliance with the relevance IT law and regulation.
Prepare an annual review plan align with relevant laws and regulations then conduct IT review processes and procedures to ensure that the company compliance with IT laws and regulations.
Prepare the assessment reports to the relevance Committees.
Communicate and build up awareness to staff, managements or related parties of any changes or updates of IT laws, regulations and guideline.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Business, Computer Science or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT and/or security governance and/or risk management and/or compliance, including dealing with IT audits.
Understanding of IT frameworks, standards, and regulations, such as IT security standards (ISO27001), IT Security regulations (SEC, BOT), Thai PDPA, Thai Cyber Law, Crime Act and, etc.
Good command of English communication.
Certified of ISO27001 Lead Auditor, CISA, or other related certifications will be an advantage.

Distributor Relationship Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

Coordinate, support and develop relationship with existing and new potential selling agents to distribute mutual funds
Plan selling strategies and produce ideas for marketing activities/campaigns to increase sales volume to selling agents
Provide product training, product presentation, up-to-date information relating to economy,investment advisory, financial market commentaries, fund insights, fund performance, competitor reviews and fund recommendations for selling agents
Promptly response to selling agents’ needs and requests
Coordinate and solve the problem to selling agents in an accurate, timely, and professional manner
Complete new/on-going fund house/product due diligence for selling agents

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Banking, Finance, Economics, or related fields
Requirement of IC License, CFP is a plus
Minimum of 3 years of experience in mutual fund business preferred
Excellent strategic thinking ability, interpersonal skills, good consultative skills, and problem-solving skills
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Strong multi-tasking skills
Good Microsoft Office skills
Good knowledge of mutual funds
Good command of English

Fund Manager: Global Investment and Product Development Team

Responsibilities:

Responsible for 2 investment areas; i) FIF open ended funds and ii) Term funds.
Assist, back up and support Fund manager in all duties.
Covers term fund trades with foreign investments fund and engaging FX hedging on weekly basis.
Coordinate with counter parties in searching fixed income direct investment for term fund.
Seek, analyze and present new foreign investment ideas/funds to committees.
Review and evaluate master fund performance among peers while monitor for the best performer to replace the existing one if lagged in competency.
Explore and create outlook in global valuation matrix and advise funds on monthly basis.
Responsible to solve all problems which may occur regarding trades, operations, admin and regulation issues.
Provide advisory and support for marketing group upon requests.
Accountable in due diligence and credit review on foreign issuers.
Familiar with investment agreement such as ISDA and Term sheet. Responsible in coordinate with compliance group and SEC

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, and related field
At least 2 years’ experience in the investment filed
CFA Charterholder or candidate is preferred
Good command of the English language and good writing/communication skills required
Team player and be able to work well under pressure
